Has anyone found out where to buy the silver lariat necklace that Jackie wore on her show. I have seen on several blog sites that people have asked this question, but I didn’t see any answers posted. If someone could let me know, that would be great.

On the Bravo channel show Workout, they gave a recipe for a morning shake which includes not only protein but also liquid amino acids:
Jackie’s Warner’s Morning Shake

2 cups frozen fruit

1 serving whey protein power (low carb, low glycemic index formula)

1 scoop mega green powder

1 tablespoon liquid amino acids

1 tablespoon flax seed oil

NOTES:
They had about a cup of ice in the blender on the TV show, but the recipe doesn’t call for it. If you find your shake too thick or not cold enough, add ice.
